I sit down with one of my past family and individual therapists (current therapist at the time of this recording) to discuss the work we've done. I ask him bout how listeners can improve their relationships, how I have changed, and the biggest things that have kept me from making progress. Jake also turns the tables and asks me some questions about what I think is important for therapists to know and what listeners should keep in mind when going to therapy.
